What is a Central Nervous System?
The Central Nervous System is the core system from which a business operates.
In other words, it is the underlying system that facilitates every aspect
of a business's day to day operations.
Think about franchises, what makes them so popular and
successful? It is because they are all based on a core business
system, or a Central Nervous System that is both easy to understand
and implement.
Without a "core operating system " a coffee shop
will NEVER reach its full potential. The
great thing, is you don't need special knowledge or
